Careers

The Fresno Mission has multiple campuses but one common mission: to Rescue, Restore, and Empower through Christ-centered communities.

We work with those dealing with life insecurities such as homelessness, addictions, trauma, food insecurities, mental illness and other significant challenges that many in our community are faced with.

We believe in excellence that honours God and inspires people to follow Him. The work we do is hard, but it brings the good news of hope, healing and freedom to a community in need, so we don’t settle for mediocre.

Every client and their challenges are unique. There is no quick fix or standard process for change. So, we empower our staff to be bold, solve problems, and take action. God gave his Son for us, so we give our all to those we serve.

We believe there is nothing better than serving God with people you love. We laugh hard and we laugh often. Our work is challenging, fun and rewarding.

Fresno Mission is where your work matters.

We hope this is the place where your skills, talent, creativity, and passions meet. We believe God has a unique story for every person. But he also has a story for the Fresno Mission. How does your story and our story come together?

See our list for open positions that help our clients move from life-insecurity to life-transformation to life-giving.
